DR. HASAN BASHORI SELECTED AS RECIPIENT OF THE 2026 PATENT APPLICATION DESCRIPTION TRAINING PROGRAM (PDPP)
Pasuruan – Another proud achievement has been attained by the academic
community of Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan. Dr. Hasan Bashori, S.T., M.T. has
been selected as a recipient of the 2026 Patent Application Description
Training Program (PDPP).
This program is a strategic initiative aimed at improving the
capabilities of lecturers, researchers, and innovators in preparing patent
application description documents systematically and in accordance with
applicable regulations. Through this program, participants are expected to
optimize intellectual property protection for the research and innovations they
produce.
The training will be held from Tuesday to Wednesday, April 28–29, 2026,
starting at 08:00 AM until completion, at Hall 2, Universitas Kristen Cipta
Wacana, Jalan Karel Satsuit Tubun No. 28A, Kebonsari, Sukun District, Malang
City, East Java 65149.
Dr. Hasan Bashori’s participation in this national program is clear
evidence of the commitment of Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan lecturers in
promoting a culture of research, innovation, and intellectual property
development within higher education.
The Head of the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), Zain
Ahwan, expressed appreciation for this achievement. He hopes that the knowledge
and experience gained during the training can be implemented to strengthen
research quality and accelerate innovation downstreaming within the
university.
“Participation in this program is a positive step in enhancing
lecturers’ capacity in the field of patents and the protection of innovative
works. We hope that after attending this training, more lecturers’ works can be
registered as patents,” he said.
The 2026 PDPP Program is expected to encourage the emergence of new
innovations that are not only academically valuable but also provide economic
and social benefits to the wider community.
With this achievement, Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan further
reinforces its commitment to supporting the tridharma of higher education,
particularly in the fields of research, innovation, and community service.
