Self Assessment Kelayakan Proposal Hibah Kemendiktisaintek TA 2026

Pasuruan — Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan, through its Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), organized a Self-Assessment on the Eligibility of Research and Community Service Program Proposals for the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemendiktisaintek) Grants for the 2026 Fiscal Year. The activity was held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, and conducted online via Zoom Meeting.

The event was officially opened by the Rector of Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan, Assoc. Prof. Dr. H. A. Kholid Murtadlo, SE., ME, who delivered the opening speech. In his remarks, the Rector emphasized the importance of improving the quality of research and community service proposals to ensure alignment with Kemendiktisaintek policy directions and to support the achievement of Higher Education Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

“This self-assessment serves as a strategic step to ensure that submitted proposals not only meet administrative requirements but also demonstrate strong substance, originality, and tangible impact on society,” the Rector stated.

The activity featured two speakers from LPPM Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan, namely M. Sulhan, S.Sos., M.AB from the Research Division of LPPM and Muh. Aniar H. S, SP, MP from the Community Service Division of LPPM.


 In his presentation, M. Sulhan explained key aspects in assessing the eligibility of research proposals, including thematic relevance, research novelty, methodology, and proposed outputs. Meanwhile, Muh. Aniar H. S highlighted strategies for developing community service proposals that focus on addressing real societal problems, program sustainability, and partner engagement.

The self-assessment activity was attended by lecturers of Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan who plan to submit research and community service grant proposals for the 2026 fiscal year. Through this activity, participants are expected to conduct independent evaluations of their proposals before submitting them to the Kemendiktisaintek grant system.

With the successful implementation of this activity, Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan reaffirms its commitment to continuously improving the quality of research and community service and strengthening lecturers’ competitiveness in securing national research funding.
