Pasuruan,— Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan held a Best Practice for Proposal Development activity as an effort to improve the quality of lecturers’ proposals for the 2026 Research and Community Service Grants by Kemdiktisaintek. The activity was conducted simultaneously in each faculty on Monday, 17 November 2025, featuring competent internal speakers from their respective fields.
Four internal speakers from each faculty contributed to strengthening proposal development capacity, namely:

During the activity, the speakers delivered materials on strategies for preparing proposals that align with the 2026 Kemdiktisaintek guidelines, techniques for writing data-based background sections, appropriate methods for research and community service, as well as the preparation of mandatory and additional outputs. Lecturers also participated in a proposal assessment simulation to better understand the criteria used by national reviewers.
LPPM explained that conducting the Best Practice at the faculty level aims to ensure that all lecturers have equal understanding and are able to produce competitive proposals. “Through direct mentoring from experienced internal speakers, we hope that the quality of proposals from Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan continues to improve and that lecturers’ chances of securing national grants become greater,” said the LPPM representative. The activity proceeded interactively, marked by discussions, consultations on proposal substance, and review sessions of research and community service ideas currently being developed by lecturers. Participants welcomed the activity enthusiastically, noting that it provided practical insights highly needed ahead of the 2026 grant opening.
