Reflection, Evaluation, and Signing of the 2026 DPPM Grant Contract

Pasuruan – Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan, through the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), held a Reflection, Evaluation of Proposal Submissions, and Signing of the 2026 DPPM Grant Contracts on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the Hall Meeting Room, 1st Floor, BTI Building, Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan.

The event was attended by lecturers who submitted proposals for the 2026 DPPM grants, the Vice Rector III of Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan, the Head of LPPM, and the LPPM team of Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan. The program began at 1:00 PM WIB and continued until completion in an atmosphere filled with academic enthusiasm and commitment to improving the quality of research and community service.

The event began with a leadership briefing regarding research and community service grant policies delivered by the Rector of Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan, Dr. H. A Kholid Murtadlo, SE., ME. In his remarks, he emphasized that the culture of research and community service must continue to be strengthened in order to produce innovations that have meaningful impacts on society and institutional development.

“Grant proposals are not merely about obtaining funding, but about how research and community service outcomes can provide real contributions to society and enhance the academic reputation of higher education institutions,” he stated.

Furthermore, the presentation regarding incentive funding policies was delivered by Lukman Hakim, S.Kom., M.Kom., PhD. In his presentation, he explained various forms of university support for grant applicants, ranging from proposal preparation assistance and strengthening research output quality to providing incentives for lecturers who successfully obtain grant funding.

“The university will continue to provide full support to lecturers so that more proposals can secure national funding and produce high-quality and beneficial outputs,” he explained.


During the session reflecting on the success of previous DPPM grants and evaluating output targets, the Head of LPPM Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan, Zainul Ahwan, M.I.Kom, emphasized the importance of continuous evaluation in the implementation of research and community service programs.

He stated that outputs such as scientific publications, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), innovative products, and community empowerment-based service programs should become the primary focus in every grant implementation.

“The success of a grant is not only measured by obtaining funding, but also by the quality of the outputs produced and their impact on society and institutional development,” he said.

The LPPM team also provided evaluations of the 2026 grant proposals, covering aspects such as substance, methodology, administration, and alignment with lecturers’ research and community service roadmaps. This activity served as a platform for discussion and collective learning for grant applicants in order to improve the quality of future proposals.


As the final session of the event, the signing of the 2026 DPPM Grant Contracts was conducted by grant recipient lecturers together with the university representatives. The contract signing symbolized a shared commitment to implementing research and community service activities in accordance with the established targets and outputs.

Through this event, Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan hopes to further strengthen the culture of research and community service within the university environment, making it more productive and capable of contributing significantly to society and improving the quality of higher education.
