Research and Community Service Activity Guidelines

Standard procedures and requirements for implementing academic research and community engagement programs at LPPM Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan.

1. Proposal Submission

All research and service activities must begin with a formal proposal submitted through the LPPM portal. Proposals should follow the official template and include objectives, methods, budget, and expected outcomes.

2. Review and Approval

Proposals will be reviewed by the LPPM Scientific Board. Only approved proposals will receive institutional support, funding, and ethical clearance if required.

3. Activity Implementation

Activities must follow the approved plan. Changes in schedule, location, or objectives must be reported to LPPM and approved prior to execution.

4. Reporting and Documentation

Researchers and service teams are required to submit periodic progress reports and a final report, along with supporting documentation such as attendance lists, photos, and financial accountability.

5. Output and Publication

Research output is expected to be published in journals, proceedings, or patented. Community service should result in measurable impact, preferably through sustainable programs or empowerment models.
